His work has taken him across the Arabian Gulf, Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, China, India, and Sri Lanka, where he has developed export strategies and implemented hands-on business development programmes that deliver measurable commercial results.

Working alongside Lee, Bruce Woolner contributes over 35 years of international experience, with particular expertise in food and beverage, hospitality, HoReCa, supply chain logistics, government advisory, and investor support. His commercial insight and extensive overseas network help clients navigate complex markets and build strong distribution and supply partnerships.

Douglas Barnes is a former HM Consul General in Vietnam and has spent more than 35 years supporting British companies throughout Asia. His experience in trade promotion, government relations, and international business development provides clients with high-level strategic guidance and access to influential public and private sector contacts.

Bill Fraser brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience helping SMEs expand internationally and supporting overseas government agencies with trade and investment initiatives. He has extensive knowledge of grant funding, European legislation, and foreign direct investment, and has led trade delegations to more than 40 countries across North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australasia.

Josh Jennings adds a modern, commercially focused perspective, combining market research, digital outreach, and strategic planning. He works closely with clients to identify export opportunities and implement targeted market entry programmes, while also integrating digital and AI-enabled tools that help businesses expand internationally more efficiently and cost-effectively.
